DLW Photography provided photography services for my son's wedding in September 2018. We were thrilled with the job they did. It goes without saying that Dan is an exceptionally talented photographer. What makes him stand out from the pack how responsive he is to his clients—making sure he understands what we need, drawing on his vast personal experience to make alternative suggestions when needed, and working with the subjects (in our case, actors and crew for theater performances) to quickly and efficiently. This professionalism carries over after the shoot: he is very diligent in his retouching—enhancing the colors and the best aspects of the photos while maintaining the basic integrity of his work. Dan is the first artist I call when we need a photo shoot and I have been pleased to recommend him to my peers in the NYC independent theater community.

Dan is a pleasure to work with, and a talented photographer. I've hired him several times for various photoshoots. He's photographed my headshots, my maternity photos, and my newborn. I am a theatrical producer in New York City and I engaged Dan to memorialize a staged reading for a play I'm producing. He showed up early, was dressed professionally and mingled smoothly with the crowd to capture a wide array of candid photos for use in promoting the production. The pictures were excellent and turned around in a matter of a day or two. He provided multiple resolutions of each so they could be used for both large and small reproductions without loss of clarity.
